First, Jon Poulson is no longer affiliated with Tattoo Heaven.
Jon Poulson is tattooing by appointment daily as well as taking walk-ins after 6pm Monday - Friday at Vince Neil Ink, located Center Strip at 3555 Las Vegas Blvd. S, in Las Vegas, NV next to the Flamingo in O'Sheas Casino. We look forward to seeing you for a new tattoo soon.
